The best golf ball is the one you can use to hit consistent, predictable shots and that feels good at impact. There is no universal answer as to which golf ball is the best. Each golf ball offers different characteristics—ones that may work well for you but not for your playing partner in the flight. 

To find your ideal golf ball, we recommend trying several. Play a few holes with each one and evaluate it according to criteria such as these. Feel at impact at maximum swing speed off the tee. Feel at impact with irons and wedges around the green. How much control do you have when playing into the green —do you prefer high spin and minimal rollout, or less spin and shots that release more? Because golf balls are made from different materials and consist of several layers, there will also be differences in distance. When testing, distance will definitely be one of the most important factors to evaluate. On the other hand, distance is not everything and for some players, consistency and predictability are key.
