The Odyssey Ai Dual Jailbird Mini builds on one of the most successful and popular putter shapes of recent years. The more compact Jailbird Mini mallet design provides an excellent balance of stability and manoeuvrability, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of golfers. The head’s wide body increases the moment of inertia and helps keep the face stable throughout the putting stroke, even on off-centre strikes.
At the heart of the putter is the advanced Ai-DUAL Insert, designed using artificial intelligence. Its two-layer urethane construction combines a soft outer layer for a gentle feel at impact with a firmer inner layer that ensures consistent ball speed across the entire striking surface. The result is reliable distance control and smooth roll without loss of energy.
The new FRD (Forward Roll Design) grooves are deeper and more aggressive, with a 19° incline. Working together with the Ai-DUAL insert, they help the ball transition into forward roll more quickly. They minimise skidding across the green and contribute to a more accurate path and improved pace control.
The optional ½ Ball Alignment system is one of Odyssey’s most advanced aiming technologies. It optically frames the golf ball at address, makes it easier to centre contact on the face and significantly improves aiming accuracy. This makes setting up feel natural and highly confident.
The standard SL 90 shaft is a lightweight steel shaft with a 20–30-gram counterweight in the grip end, depending on the grip selected. This balance promotes a calmer, more consistent putting stroke, which has a positive effect on the repeatability of results.
For golfers who prefer a more robust setup, a Cruiser version is also available. It features a heavier head, a longer and more substantial SL 140 shaft, and an extended 17" grip, making it ideal for a slower putting tempo and maximum stability.
