Course views, preloaded with more than 43,000 full-colour CourseView maps of golf courses worldwide. Vegetation and map details are adapted to the respective geographical zone. Scrolling and zooming the map view allows you to see detailed features and narrow down individual target distances.
Virtual caddie. The enhanced virtual caddie shows data about your swing layout and recommends a club based on historical swing data, altitude, wind speed and direction, and other information.
PlaysLike distances. Optimised PlaysLike distances take into account uphill, downhill shots and trajectory, as well as wind, temperature, and barometric pressure using the built-in barometer for even more accurate PlaysLike distances.
Distance to the green. Play with confidence thanks to distance data that tells you the distance to the front, middle, and back of the green. Depending on where you approach the green from, the distance changes.
Green overview. The green view shows the shape and layout of the green and allows you to manually move the flag position to the daily location for even more precise aiming.
Green contour data. Plan your best drives or putts using green contour data that shows the slope of the green on selected golf courses (available with an active subscription to the Garmin Golf™ App).
Wind speed and direction. When connected to the Garmin Golf app on a compatible smartphone, it shows wind speed and direction based on your current location.
Pinpointer. Always shows the direction to the flag. This allows you to aim your shot correctly even when you cannot see the green.
Distance to hazards. Get precise information on the distance to hazards and doglegs so you know whether to putt or go all out.
Automatic game recording. Automatic game recording automatically detects shot distances. Pair optional Approach® CT10 golf sensors to get additional golf data. The sensors also detect putting and light chip shots.
Digital scorecard. Record your score and other statistics during the round. Upload them to the Garmin Golf™ app to track stats, calculate your handicap, or share your scorecards with others.
