The Mizuno Pro M-13 follow the Pro 243 model and advance traditional player’s irons a step further thanks to a thoughtful three-phase forging. Each club in the set is optimized for a different type of performance, while the clubs maintain a uniform appearance, balance, and the typical soft feel at impact from the 4-iron through the wedge.
Integrated construction
The compact and easily manageable head with a thin, smoothly graduated top edge gives the clubs Tour proportions. The result is a faster and more stable flight of the golf ball while maintaining precise control.
Pocket Cavity Grain Flow Forged (4–5 irons)
The long irons 4 and 5 use a Pocket Cavity design combining Chromoly 4120 and stainless steel 431. This combination increases the head’s strength and allows higher ball speed, helping to generate longer and more consistent shots from longer distances.
Micro-Slot Grain Flow Forged (6–8 irons)
The mid irons are equipped with a Micro-Slot design with an impact face 0.3 mm thinner than the previous generation. Greater flexibility of the impact face ensures controlled ball speed and medium to higher COR, an ideal combination of length and stability.
One-piece forging 1025 Elite (9–GW)
From the 9-iron to the gap wedge, the clubs are forged from a single piece of 1025 Elite steel. This construction emphasizes maximum precision, trajectory control, and a fine, stable feel at impact – exactly what you demand from scoring clubs.
Contour Ellipse Face
The thinnest Contour Ellipse impact face Mizuno has ever used is only 1.37 mm thick – about 35% less than the Pro 243 model. It increases ball speed and shot length without sacrificing the feel and feedback typical of Mizuno forged irons.
Triple Cut Sole
A specially shaped sole with a sharper leading edge and beveled rear part ensures consistent interaction with the turf. It supports clean contact from various lies and stable performance with different types of swings.
Harmonic Impact Technology
Harmonic Impact technology combined with a copper layer and a full-surface ABS badge in the cavity tunes vibrations at impact. The result is a soft, controlled feel and a clean, tour-tuned sound at impact.
