Nikon CoolShot 50i
Simply pick up the rangefinder and play
Introducing the COOLSHOT 50i, Nikon’s first laser rangefinder with a built-in mounting magnet. Designed to take your game to the next level, this innovative product features Nikon’s outstanding optics, slope adjustment, DUAL LOCKED ON QUAKE flag confirmation, and continuous measurement.

An innovative mounting magnet, built in for easy attachment of the rangefinder, securely connects the COOLSHOT 50i to metal surfaces. This also applies to your golf bag or golf cart, so you can lift, use, and reattach the rangefinder at any time.

When playing for fun, you can turn on ID mode (uphill/downhill), which takes the course slope into account—critical for shots uphill and downhill. The actual-distance indicator LED can optionally be used to signal compliance with the measurement rules permitted in competitions.

The actual-distance indicator LED informs tournament officials that you are not using ID mode in situations where slope-adjusted measurements are prohibited.
The DUAL LOCKED ON QUAKE function indicates when the distance to the flag has been measured, helping you target the flagstick rather than a tree or other object that may be in your path. The laser rangefinder provides a visual signal and subtle vibration when the target is accurately acquired.
Terrain recognition
With the continuous measurement function, you can measure precise distances to trees and other obstacles in your path in real time. To explore your surroundings, simply press and hold the power button.

Weather resistance
Light rain will never stop play, and it certainly won’t stop the COOLSHOT 50i rangefinder. The rain-resistant laser rangefinder can perform in a wide range of conditions and temperatures.

Lightweight and compact design
The lightweight laser rangefinder is about the size of a smartphone and weighs just 175 g, making it easy to fit in your pocket without creating any noticeable burden.

A natural view through the viewfinder
The COOLSHOT 50i features a 6× magnification monocular with multilayer coatings and Nikon’s anti-fog technology. This provides a clear, brilliant image. This image brilliance clearly demonstrates why Nikon, with more than 100 years of tradition, remains a world leader in optics.
