Garmin Approach S82 is a unique laser GPS rangefinder with projection of a detailed map of the golf course into the rangefinder's field of view. The detailed map in the field of view can provide information about distances not only to the place you are aiming at but also to other important objects on the course (hazards, dogleg, layup...). And what's more, it can show the direction and distance to the hole even from a place where there is no direct visibility to the hole. The Approach Z82 measures distances with extraordinary accuracy - when targeting the flag, it achieves an accuracy of 25 cm!

Green display: The map background shows the layout of the hole, so you know the exact distance to the back, middle, and front of the green. Targeted distance arc: The targeting arc function creates a targeted distance arc on the 2D CourseView map so you can clearly see everything within that distance.

Hazard display: You can easily browse individual hazards and layup distances on the map and see how far you are from them. Wind under control: The rangefinder displays wind speed and direction, making it easier to decide on the right club and shot direction.

PlayLike distance: This feature adjusts the distance for uphill and downhill shots based on the elevation difference between your position and the target. Hole at your fingertips: In blind shots, the PinPointer function tells you which direction the hole is in. So even if you can't see it, you know exactly where to play. Precise flag location: Thanks to this feature, it is easier to find and target the flag. And when you have it targeted, vibration confirms it.

Tournament mode: The external indicator (which you can turn on and off) notifies you and your playing partners that you are using the allowed tournament mode.
