The balance against slicing and the low center of gravity will extend your drives, making their trajectory more predictable and the achieved distances more stable. Higher lofts (the 3-wood has an 18° loft) ensure enough spin even at lower swing speeds, allowing your ball to stay in the air longer and land within a few feet on the green. The woods are standardly equipped with lightweight graphite shafts with a ladies' flex.
