Ping iDi Crossover Driving Iron, Utility
Better sound and feel thanks to inR-Air
Patented inR-Air technology adds an air pocket behind the impact face that absorbs unwanted vibrations and sound frequencies. The result is a quieter and more pleasant impact that feels very solid even on fast swings.
Stability thanks to metal reinforcement
Internal i-Beam reinforcement inside the stainless steel body adds stiffness to the construction while damping vibrations. Overall, it contributes to more precise ball contact and greater shot consistency.
Higher forgiveness and ball speed
The cavity back in the rear of the head is covered, allowing optimization of the center of gravity position (lower CG) and increased moment of inertia (MOI). Thanks to the thin, flexible maraging impact face, ball speed and distance are increased – all with controlled trajectory.
Three different lofts for maximum versatility
- 2i (17°) – classic driving iron with low spin and trajectory
- 3i (20°) – versatile club, suitable as a driving iron or replacement for a long iron
- 4i (23°) – higher launch, more spin, ideal for approach shots from longer distances
Easier control and creative play options
The new head shape is shorter from heel to toe and has minimal offset, improving trajectory control and making shot shaping easier. Compared to the previous generation, the new models are 1° flatter, helping experienced players with low, penetrating shots.
Great turf interaction
Rounded leading edge and greater camber of the sole ensure smooth turf interaction. Precise swing weight adjustment is possible with weights in the tip and butt of the shaft – resulting in a balanced feel during the swing.
Premium shafts to choose from
